Monster

Myers, Walter Dean. Monster. NY: Scholastic Inc, 1999. 281 pages. (Mystery / Murder)

This book is about kids named Steve Harmon and James King. This story takes place in Harlem, NY. The problem is Steve is on trial for committing robbery and murder. In this trial two people have already confessed to the robbery. They were on trial for a while arguing back and forth. The day they read the verdict was a heated day. Steve Harmon reminds me of my sister because they both like to play around with film. Bobo Evens is who I despised the most because he always lied. Yes, I would highly recommend this book because it’s a good drama.
