Who Was Mark Twain?

Prince, April. Who Was Mark Twain? NY: Grosset&Dunlap, 2004. 100 pages. (Non-Fiction / Bio)

The main character in this book is Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) America's best loved author who was a steamboat pilot on the Mississippi river, a gold miner, a newspaper writer and a world traveler. This story took place in a Mississippi river town Hannibal, Missouri in the 1800s.There weren’t many problems that were big. There is no problem Mark Twain has to solve. 0ne of the interesting things about this was when he wrote The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. I selected this book because I have read other kinds of these books before such as Who was Harriet Tubman? and Who Was JFK?
