Have a brain or not?

New pretty town, great.
Other choice?
The outdoors, the Smoke.

Wild, crazy...why? Freedom
Not too hard.
Follows friend on chase.

Specials will come.
Bonds will be tested.
Brains will fry.

Who will die?
Will the Smoke really croak?
Read and see.

The book Uglies is a fast but good read. It keeps you turning the pages all the way through. I would recommend this book to almost anyone. Uglies is about a girl Tally who meets a new friend, Shay, after her old friend Perris is turned pretty. All Tally ever wanted was to be pretty until she met Shay. Shay did not want to be pretty, instead she wanted to go and live in the “Smoke” where no one is pretty, which means no one is ugly. Tally has to face Specials and decide who she is fighting for. Will Tally become pretty, will the Specials find the Smoke, will Tally and Shay manage to stay friends after the betrayal? Read Uglies to find out.
