The main characters in this book were Jonah, Chip, and Katherine. The story took place in the 21st century in the town of Liston. The problem they face is that Chip and Jonah were adopted when they were born and started to get strange letters. The mystery deepens when Jonah and Katherine start to see ghosts. They find out that they were really time traveling people from the future trying to fix the time line. To solve the problem Jonah goes back in time with Chip and Katherine, to the Middle Ages. Another important part is that they find a list of other people that have also gotten letters, and they all live in the same area.
I thought this was a very good book and am very interested in reading the second book in this series, when it comes out. I have read other books by this author like the Among the Hidden series which was the best series I have ever read so I think that I will very much enjoy the rest of this series.
